Joost Van Genechten started his career as a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar in 2020. 

Within corporate law, Joost focuses on dispute resolution. He represents clients in courts and tribunals, mainly in corporate law matters (shareholder disputes, director's liability, etc.) and insolvency law matters (including judicial reorganisation proceedings).

In 2022, Joost joined Seeds of Law, where he further focuses on corporate and insolvency law proceedings in the corporate law team.

In addition, since 2023, Joost has been teaching the subject "Transfer of trade funds" as part of the professional training course Real Estate Broker, organised by Syntra Brussels.
