Alain De Jonge is specialised in civil law, commercial and economic law and corporate law.  

He has extensive experience in advising and assisting national and international investors with respect to real estate transactions, such as office buildings, commercial real estate, shopping centers, hotels and housing developments. 

In addition he is experienced in commercial and economic law, and advises his clients on acquisitions, corporate law and contracts. 

Alain is also a very experienced and successful litigator. 

Before co-founding Peeters Law in 2009, Alain was active with Mc Kenna&Cuneo, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer&Feld, and Loyens & Loeff. 

In 2019 Peeters Law has decided to join forces with Koen De Puydt and his team and to assume a new brand, which better reflects the service we have in mind for you, and that is "Seeds of Law".

Alain is member of the Bar of Brussels since 7 January 1991.
