New Code of Companies and Associations submitted to Parliament

As we had already mentioned in a previous article on our website, Belgian corporate law will be changed, and this will affect every company.

The government plans to finalise the draft law by the fall of this year so that it can come into effect on 1 January 2019.

Now that the drafts of the new code have been submitted to Parliament, at last, we can inform you further based on the official texts and, as from now, we will bring updates on a regular basis.
