Seeds of Law together with Immopass has developed an audit along with a checklist as a practical and very useful toolkit for each property manager.
Apartment buildings are increasingly popular. Usually they are managed by profesional property managers.
The mandate of property manager implies a lot of obligations. Moreover the management of the co-property association entails a lot of administrative and financial duties.
