Tom Lenaerts is specialised in construction law, real estate law and property law.
After his internship within Adhemar.law and Schoups law offices, he joined Seeds of Law in September 2023 where he focuses on construction and real estate law.
Tom is also an affiliated researcher at the department of notarial studies of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
From 2020 to 2023, he was an assistant lecturer for the course of Legal Methodology I at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
