Paco Shen obtained a Master of Laws at the KU Leuven in 2020, specialising in public law, particularly in economic administrative law, environmental law and constitutional law.   

As a student he already did an internship in the law firm Rika Heijse, where he specialised in administrative and public law in the broadest sense.   

In 2020 he joined Seeds of Law to specialise in public and administrative law. He is also involved in real estate and construction law.
