Jens van Lathem joins our law firm to assist us with regard to intellectual property law and global mobility.

For more than three years, Jens worked for "Cultuurloket", where he provided free first-line advice on every branch of law an artist encounters, elaborated and presented trainings for professionals and art students on the artist status, independent status, global mobility, common artist contracts and copyright.

In 2018, Jens founded his own firm named "Twee-eiige drieling", which provided legal support to the broad creative sector (incl IT and communications) on copyright, taxation, global mobility, associations, employment law, social security, contract negotiations... 

Since September 2022, Jens has been taking the postgraduate course Design For Impact. This is a course that provides practical methods and tools for working together in multidisciplinary teams on socially impactful projects.
