The law of 22 October 2017 amending the Regulated Real Estate Companies Act of 12 May 2014 (the
"RREC Act") was published in the Belgian Official Gazette on 9 November 2017 and entered
into force on that same day.
In a previous article on our
website, we already commented the most important changes that this law introduces into the RREC
Act.
It mainly concerns Public and Institutional RRECs and, on the other hand, the introduction of a new category of RREC: the RREC with social goals.
