Peeters Advocaten-Avocats has contributed to the World Bank Groups report - Doing Business 2017

Doing Business 2017: Equal Opportunities for All is the fourteenth in an annual series of reports providing objective measures of business regulations and their enforcement that enhance business activity and which constrain it accross 190 economies and over time. 

Doing Business 2017 measures aspects of regulation affecting 11 areas of the life of a business, of which 10 areas are included in the ranking regarding the ease of doing business. 

It concerns starting a business, dealing wirh construction permits, getting electricity, registering property, getting credit, protecting minority investors, paying taxes, cross-border trade, enforcing of the contracts and insolvency regimes. 

Doing Business also measures features of labor market regulation, wich is not included in the ranking of this year.
