A recent Ministerial Decree once again allows general meetings of co-owners (as well as the (general) meetings of clubs, associations or companies) to be held physically with more people.
This relaxation applies to both indoor and outdoor meeting, as from 9 June 2021 with maximum 50 people and as from 25 June 2021 with maximum 100 people.
However, the safety instructions (social distancing of 1.5 metres, to wear a mouth mask, one person per plot, sufficient ventilation) must be respected at all times.
But, a general meeting of a co-ownership must no longer take place physically. Since the end of 2020, remote general meetings can be lawfully and legally held.
The temporary measures such as the postponement of the general meeting and the relaxed rules on voting in writing are valid until 30 September 2021.
