For most companies ESG is about meeting standards, for me it’s about setting them and leading by example.

Marie-Anne Theodoroudis holds a master's degree in architectural engineering.

In 2014 she worked for two years at the architectural firm ‘Licence to Build’ that mainly specializes in the construction of school buildings in the context of SVM ('Scholen voor Morgen'). There, she gained considerable experience as a junior project leader, managing projects from concept to technical elaboration, construct drawings and on-site supervision.

Subsequently, she worked for five years at ‘Tractebel Engineering Engie’, where she developed broader skills as an engineer. She was project leader for several BIM (Building Information Modeling) projects involving both newly build and existing large buildings. Additionally, she obtained Breeam certifications, executed energy scans of industrial buildings and provided energy efficient solutions. This last experience has definitely shaped the path for her future career within sustainability.

In 2022 Marie-Anne joined Recyprocity, where she specializes in ESG topics for SME’s.
