Today the law of 23 March 2019, that introduces the Code of Companies and Associations (CCA) is published in the Belgian Official Gazette.

This law comes into force on 1 May 2019.
The introduction of the CCA will require most companies and associations to adapt their articles of association, and in certain cases the shareholders' agreements and the management and directors' agreements.
