- GDPR , General Data Protection Regulation , Belgian Data Protection Authority
For more than a year you have been informed on our website and via our newsletters about the imminent entry into force of this important regulation regarding data protection.
If you have made the necessary efforts to adapt your privacy policy, you do not have to worry.
We reiterate that the Data Protection Authority (GBA) does not intend to impose
immediately "monster fines". It is expected that it will in the first instance sensitive
and warn companies.
After all, only an efficient and clear privacy protection is important, with the sanctions not being an end in itself.
