Stefan Lossy joins our team specialised in corporate law and M&A. He is also specialised in family property law and inheritance law.
Stefan joined the Antwerp bar in 1984. He completed his traineeship in a medium-sized law firm in Antwerp, focussing primarily on collective and individual employment law, as applied to the transport sector a.o.
From 2006 to 2011, he was a partner of Van Goethem Advocaten, mainly active in commercial and corporate law. After which he was a partner of Braeckmans Lossy Advocaten, focusing on corporate law, litigation as well as M&A.
Since 2015 Stefan practiced corporate law and M&A at Lossy Advocaten, both as advisor and as litigator.
