Commercial and Economic Law - Distribution - Construction Law - Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

When working with companies, you still work with human beings. Helping them with their legal challenges is what I love to do.

Roeland Moeyersons started his career as a lawyer in 2000 with the law firm 'van Cutsem-Wittamer-Marnef & Partners', where he was appointed Partner in 2010.

Roeland is a successful litigator. He has more then 20 years of experience in dispute resolution and arbitration and treats cases before both courts and international, national and sectoral arbitration panels (ICC, CEPINA, Belgian Diamond Federation Arbitration and Conciliation Board, etc.).

Belgian and foreign companies and entrepreneurs call upon Roeland for :

  • Corporate litigation, such as director’s liability, shareholder disputes, disputes following mergers or acquisitions, etc;
  • Commercial litigation in respect of termination of distribution agreements, the delivery or payment of goods and services, international trade and many other commercial disputes;
  • Construction and building litigation for clients acting as supplier, construction promoter, contractor and subcontractor.

In August 2021, Roeland has joined Seeds of Law to strengthen our dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation team. Call on him when you have a dispute relating to your company, your business activities, your commercial contracts and/or construction and building-related disputes.
