Imad Touil specialises in corporate law and M&A, commercial and economic law and in data protection.

Imad was an active member of The European Law Students’ Association (ELSA). He held the position of President at ELSA Brussels and afterwards he was elected Treasurer and Head of the Financial Management department of ELSA Belgium.

He also worked in Darts-IP (a data firm that collects and analyses Intellectual property decisions from all around the globe) in which he held the position of “Legal analyst” from 2017 to 2019.

Imad is a member of the Brussels’ Bar and joined Seeds of Law in 2019, where he focuses on coporate law, commercial and economic law and data protection.
